These figures are per room per night and include VAT and Full English Breakfast.

Discounts are available to non-racing and horse sale days for corporate guests or long stays. Please contact the hotel direct with your requirements.

Terms and Conditions

A Credit or Debit card is required to guarantee all bookings. A deposit is required for all bookings booked over a month in advance and especially for large group bookings

All bedrooms are non-smoking.

Cancellation Policy

Racing and Horse Sales

• 14 days + - Full refundable deposit
• 2- 14 days- 50% of first days booking
• Less than 2 days full cost of first days booking is chargeable

If rooms are re-booked refunds will be issued automatically.

For all other bookings

• Before 12.00 noon the day prior to arrival- No cancellation fee
• After 12.00 noon the days prior tp arrival full payment of one night stay.

If rooms are re-booked refunds will be issued automatically.

If the booking is not cancelled and the guest(s) fail to contact the hotel the full cost of the whole booking will be charged.

Arrivals and Departures

Arrivals

Bedrooms are available for new residents from 4pm to 10pm on the day of arrival.
Earlier arrivals are available upon request, subject to availability.

If guests require rooms before 2pm (in order to change freshen up for a wedding etc) we would recommend booking and securing the room for the previous night to guarantee its availability for your requirements.

Departures

Guests are required to vacate rooms and check out by 10.30am on the day of departure.

Any guest not vacating their rooms by 11am will be subject to a late departure charge.

Restaurant bookings

Residents of the hotel are advised to book the restaurant in advance of their stay to ensure availability.

The restaurant is open to non residents and may be busy at peak times.

For group bookings of 10+ a deposit is required.
